One final note -- I have been working on finding dates for the summer Ruth Circle cookout. I've spoken with Bloomington Parks & Rec. I stuck with Sunday evenings because I think that's what has been done in the past, and it looks like there is pretty good availability for Sunday afternoons during July or early August. We are still working on determining if this is our best option though, or we might want to go back to the church.
I ruled out the holiday weekend. Could we do a quick informal poll in the comments on what weekends listed below would NOT work for people? This should give us a good idea of which weekend looks best. Thanks!

July 13th and 20th do not work for me or Sarah O. We are both on the Sr. High Mission trip. On July 27th, I could, but it would have to be at 6 or after, due to a jr. high event from 3-6. So I guess the 3rd of August would work best for me.

July 13th does NOT work for me but everything else we should be able to make.

We may be out of town the 13th and the 3rd...but depending on when you have it we might be back in town in time on the 13th. So pick a date that's best for everyone else and we will try to make it!

We can only do July 13 and 20, but those do not seem to be very good, so I understand if we have to miss it.
