Hi ladies! We've been slacking a bit on our blog posting here, but I wanted to write a quick update. We had a nice little movie night last Monday watching Chocolat and eating lots of yummy popcorn and chocolatey treats compliments of Michelle.
We did discuss a little business at the meeting. We are providing the Wesley Foundation dinner next Sunday, March 2nd. We had hoped to do the Italian beef dinner, similar to what we did last year. Same drill as last time -- I'll list the desired food/ingredients and we can comment on what we hope to bring. I'm open to any other suggestions, just lacking in the creativity department here.
3 containers of Italian beef from Sam's Club (thawed): Erin, #2, #3
Rolls/buns for 25-30 people
Chips - several bags
Salad or Jello Salad
Crock Pots (obviously you get these back!)
Nice to haves:
Drinks, fruit/veggies, dessert
I apologize for the late organization on this. If you would like to contribute but can't get to the store, let me know and I might be able to do a last minute run Sunday. Otherwise, please have all of your goodies to the Wesley Foundation (church basement) by 3 P.M. on Sunday (March 2nd).

I won't be able to be there sunday night, but I can drop off a jello salad in the morning. I also have a large crock pot.

I can bring another crock pot and Italian beef. I can't get there Sunday night, so I'll drop it off in the morning and put the Italian beef (thawed) in the refrigerator downstairs and leave the crop pot on the counter.

Thanks guys for volunteering -- I think this should cover most of it. I might buy one more Italian beef as well. I will show Sunday afternoon around 3 and get the meat going.
I'll bring cole slaw.
